    SQL Compare (as oppose to SQL Data Compare) - compares schemas and generates scripts for any modifications.
    It is available for a free trial period and worth a look.

    @BrainDonor is correct, you can use SQL Compare to achieve what you're asking. To clarify, SQL Data Compare synchronizes the data, whereas SQL Compare synchronizes the schema.
