merge SavedTabs.db ?

I want to search the tab history of my old, as well as my new machine. I did find this post, which suggests a great way to do that at the time one moves to a new laptop:

In my case I have been using my new laptop for several months now. Is there a way to not just overwrite the new savedTabs.db with the old one, thus getting the old history, but to merge the two files, so you get both the old and new tab history in a single repository?

    It's not possible to merge the savedTabs.db within SQL Prompt at the moment. 

    The best way probably will be to open the old savedTabs.db and keep the ones you'd like to merge and then replace it with the new savedTabs.db.
