Open in Excel - Open Excel in a different User then the SSMS is open with

I have to open SSMS with an elevated privilege account in order to connect to the Databases, so when I use the "Open in Excel" feature, it opens Excel with the elevated privileges account which is not licensed for Excel, so then I have to save it and reopen the excel file with my regular account. Is there a method to change the account that the "Open in Excel" uses to open Excel.

    I'm sorry it's not possible to change the account that the 'Open in Excel' uses at the moment. Our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
