Cannot connect COMException

  I see that you also raise a support ticket and indicated that the connection started working again on its own.  I think this error may be related to WMI running out of memory - see https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/42b38236-a18a-4fc1-9e36-c6ec4c97bff7/the-requested-object-does-not-exist-exception-from-hresult-0x80010114?forum=winserverClustering for example, where the solution was to increase the memory quota for WMI.
  
  Depending on what OS this is in relation to, you may want to see if there are any updates for it related to WMI memory leaks as well.
