Crashes SSMS

Every time I click the "SQL Change Automation" option in SSMS (18.7.1) it just freezes SSMS.  I've checked for SSMS updates and installed the latest SCA, and it worked once and now does the same.  Anybody got any idea how I find out what's going on?

    I stopped being lazy and opened up EventViewer and am getting this error:
    Application: RedGate.Versioning.Client.WebServer.exe
    Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Gate\SQL Change Automation\Server\RedGate.Versioning.Client.WebServer.exe
    Message: Error:
      An assembly specified in the application dependencies manifest (RedGate.Versioning.Client.WebServer.deps.json) was not found:
        package: 'Newtonsoft.Json', version: '12.0.3'
        path: 'lib/netstandard2.0/Newtonsoft.Json.dll'

    I recently got this issue myself and had to perform a complete uninstall and cleaning out of the residual files. 

    I recommend using a tool like the following to remove all leftover files from uninstalling: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed

    Please then use the latest SCA installer: https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLChangeAutomation/SQLChangeAutomation_4.3.20352.23628.exe

    I had the same issue.  Does anyone suggest a solution. I tried with SSMS 18, SSMS 19 and SSMS 22
