Error when attempting Build Pipeline using Source Control for Azure DevOps

When attempting an initial build for a Source Control database project, the build operation fails initially with an error that reads:"##[error]153 batches failed. The first error is 'A timeout occurred while waiting for memory resources to execute the query in resource pool 'internal' (1). Rerun the query.'" Build is executing on MSBuild asset that is a SQL 2017 server with build version 2.147.1

    What's the memory usage on the server like when this happens?

    Just to confirm, this happens on the first attempt, every time?
