SQL Data Compare looking at unmapped tables

I believe there is a bug in the latest SQL Data Compare.    I need to copy three small tables from one DB to another.  The DBs have very few tables in common.
As you can see in the screen shot, I have selected the 3 tables.    The tAudit table is not selected nor can it be mapped.

However, it is scripting the table (which is HUGE) as you can see.   There's not even a table to push it to - why would it even look at it?

    This is very odd, I've tried to reproduce myself in my own environment with no luck.

    Can I ask what version of SQL Data Compare you're using?
