Alert Suppression Feature Not Working For Me - Version 10.2.3.31956

I've been trying to create one-off alert suppression windows and I think I've messed something up.  I always get an error saving them, but now when I come into the window I also get this error.  I've never been able to save one yet on the latest major release v10.0.

    Can you please confirm if you have the Webdav components installed?


    If you do and don't need them can you try removing them?
