Is it possible to change the order of inserts at the deployment script?

Is it possible to change the order of the inserts at the deployment script? I have considered as static two tables related to each other with foreign key. Since the first insert is performed at the table with foreign key I am getting an oracle error.
I changed the option of the project to disable constraints but the orderring of enabling the constraints was not the correct one.

    Sorry to hear you've run into this issue.

    The order should be taken care of by the tool itself. It sounds like a bug, so I'd advise you to upgrade if not already.
