SQL Prompt not working for Synonyms

we are not getting suggestions for synonyms.  SSMS 2016, SQL Prompt 10.3.1

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue!

    I've done a couple of tests with SSMS 2016 and 2017 using SQL Prompt 10.3.1 and had no issues.

    Could you check a few things for me?

    • Have you refreshed suggestions
    • Have suggestions enabled
    • In Options > Suggestions > Behaviour - Is "Automatically show suggestions after x milliseconds" on
    • In Options >  Connections > is "load suggestions for synonyms" ticked
    • Do you also have suggestions for all databases enabled or at least for the database in question

    Had the same issue after the SQL server was upgraded to 2019.  
    fixed it by unchecking and checking back the "load suggestions for synonyms" option.
