Thank you for your forum post and sorry that you have encountered a problem.
I suspect that parser used by Schema Compare for Oracle is not handling the accented characters correctly. As a supported customer, a support ticket has been created for you here. You will need you RedgateID to be able to connect to the ticket.
So I can attempt a reproduction, would it be possible to obtain the DDL for the table from the source and a copy of the .sql script from the target scripts folder? Please update the support ticket with the requested information.

The file is generated for schema compare in UT8- WITHOUT FIT. Process Schema Compare: 1- Source => Database Target => Script Folder 2- via sqlplus SQL> @C:\colaborar\repositorio\PDPROD\Tables\BBACERVO_INTERNET.sql Result: Source database: 'Data da última atualização no registro'; Target database: 'Data da última atualização no registro';
