Hi,
Thanks for your post!
Is there a reason you are needing to use SQL Compare V11? If possible, a screenshot of the error you are receiving may be useful.

Hi Robyn
I use SQL Compare and Data Compare as part of my SDLC and for SIT and Release management
I have attached the screenshot, this happens for both applications

Thanks. I am going to raise you a support ticket so that we can take a closer look at this.

@Femi
It looks like upgrading SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare should resolve the issue.
Please kindly trail them and let us know if the problem persists. -
I don't have an upgrade license, we only have version 11
Do you have any solution for this version? -
Unfortunately not.
Should you be willing to try SQL Compare 14 and SQL Data Compare 14, please find the installers: https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLCompare/SQLCompare_14.2.16.16006.exe and https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLDataCompare/SQLDataCompare_14.2.16.16006.exe
