The following article should help! Move SQL Servers Registered In The SQL Backup GUI To The GUI Installed On A New Machine.
The import you see is for importing a list of servers defined in SSMS, not another copy of SQL Backup. (see https://documentation.red-gate.com/sbu/getting-started/installing/adding-sql-server-instances#AddingSQLServerinstances-ImportingSQLServerinstances)

I have created a list of servers on a copy of SQL Backup 10 on a server, i want to export this list to allow me to import into a different installation of SQL Backup on a different device, I can see the option to import, but I can't see an option to export.
Can ayone give me any pointers please?
