7.1.21 issues

Upgraded to version 7.1.21 today.  After the upgrade, SSMS would crash every time I tried to open a query window on a database in source control.  Query windows opened fine for non source control databases.

I rolled back to 7.1.19 and all is good again.

    Not sure what the problem was, but 7.1.22 seems to work fine, and it appears this did not affect anyone else since nobody commented here.  Please disregard.
