Where is the Instance\DB to local repo connection info stored?

I have 2 separate development instances with the same database names.  I linked the Admin db in one instance with a local GIT repo.  When I look at the next instance it shows it is linked to source control as well and I think it might be the same local folder.  Where does Source control record what instance and db goes with which local repo folder?

    AppData\Local\Red Gate\SQL Source Control 7\LinkedDatabases.xml

    (Probably in C:\Users\Usrename\AppData)
