Same issue for me. On 9.5 and the upgrade to SSMS 18.5 broke SQL Prompt.

Same issue here. I'm on 10.0.1.12389. It also broke SQL Search and more generally the Integration Framework I guess because Tab history is down too...
Sorry guys, I just realized this thread was specific to 9.5... -
I am also having the same issue. prompt 9.5 and ssms 18.5 upgrade leveled it.
-
I contacted support and they basically said I don't have a current contract in place so good luck... wtf?

I am in the same boat. The suggested fix at the bottom of this page did not help, even after a reboot:

Got another reply from them that only version 10.1.4.14671 is compatible with SSMS 18.5 and that older versions will not be patched. So basically forced upgrades.
-
I reverted to 18.4. What a PITA, inconvenient waste of time.
-
I reverted to SSMS 18.4 also. The release notes for SQL Prompt 9.5 should indicate the last supported version of SSMS:
-
Hello everyone,
In order to use SQL Prompt with SSMS 18.5 you'll need to use the latest version (10.1.4) or above.https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLPrompt/SQLPrompt_10.1.4.14671.exe
If you're not entitled to version 10 of SQL Prompt because you don't have a support and upgrades contract, version 9 supports the SSMS versions listed here.

I've reinstalled, repaired, neither worked for me. I've seen other users in the forum (upgrade to 10) with success but that is not an option for me since I own 9.x and have already exhausted the free trial for 10. Any fixes for this?
My support and upgrade privileges expired a couple weeks before 10 was released. FML.
