Got another reply from them that only version 10.1.4.14671 is compatible with SSMS 18.5 and that older versions will not be patched. So basically forced upgrades. / comments

I contacted support and they basically said I don't have a current contract in place so good luck... wtf? / comments

Same issue for me.  On 9.5 and the upgrade to SSMS 18.5 broke SQL Prompt. / comments
