Azure Data Studio - Reveal in Object Explorer does not work

When I click the "..." button and choose "Reveal in Object Explorer", nothing happens. I've tried it on a couple of databases. I'm assuming this is supposed to highlight the object in the under the Servers data connection? "View Definition" does work though. 

I'm on version 0.4.0 and have .NET Core 3.1 installed. ADS is version 1.16.1.

    I have the same issue.  I am running on a Mac.  ADS 1.16.1 and .NET 3.1.201
