Source Control and SQL Search - Not working after SSMS update

Hi
I have updated SSMS to the latest version 15.0.18330.0. SQL Search, Source Control and Prompt no longer work. The Red Gate toolbar was still there, pressing on them resulted in nothing happening and no error message. I uninstalled all three and reinstalled them all again. After a few attempts SQL Prompt 10.1 is now working correctly again. However SQL Search 3.4 and Source Control 7.1 still do not work. Pressing them on the toolbar in SSMS produced nothing and no error message. Any help would be appreciated.
