How can we help you today? How can we help you today?

SQL Intellisense does not work when connecting to a SQL Managed Instance Database.

I'm not sure if this is a feature not built yet.     When I connect to my standard SQL servers intellisense works fine.   When I connect to my new Azure SQL Managed Instances  I get no intellisense unless i turn off redgate completely.     Is this a known bug or missing feature?

    Hi @kprotsko

Could you let us know which authentication mode do you use? It should work with SQL Authentication.

I'm using Active Directory authentication right now and is the preferred method of connection.
Azure Active Directory - Universal with MFA   is the option selected in SSMS.v18.4

We currently don't support MFA yet, but the work has begun. If possible, please use SQL Authentication as a workaround for now and keep any eye on the release note!

    Hi @kprotsko

Thanks for your patience with us!

I'm pleased to let you know we've shipped the work for supporting MFA now in 10.4.
