Schemabinding not being re-applied in correct order.

I have a stack of schemabound functions from which sqlcompare removes schemabinding in the correct order, then makes other changes to the database, then tries to reapply the schemabinding to the functions but does so in an order that doesn't respect the schema dependency chain. What's my next step?
