Help With - Error 850: Syntax error: 'ERASEFILES_PRIMARY' after 'WITH'

Hi All, new poster. One of our SQL servers has been running a full backup and 3 differentials a day for years quite happily. All of a sudden, the 3 differential jobs have started to fail with the above error message, but the full backup is still working away happily. Can anyone tell me what this error even means & can I resolve it?

    Hi thank you for your forum post.
    In my experience, jobs that have been happily working to not suddenly fail unless the job syntax has been modified.  Have you made any changes?

    The SQL Backup Error 850 indicates a syntax error in your backup job.  Sadly there is insufficient information to work out what is occurring

    Are you able to reply with a copy of the Differential backup job syntax?  Obviously, edit out anything sensitive, just need to see how the SQL Backup job or jobs are created.
