Could you please ensure that the account given to the SQL Backup Agent has permissions to the COPYTO share.

I have no access to permissions on this a client’s network. They’re a major ski resort and it’s a week before the holiday season commences. It may take me a day or two to attract the attention of a network admin to work on permissions on the share. 😁
Which log files? Where do they live? Do I need to turn on or turn up logging?
Better for me if you open a ticket, I think. -

Can anybody think of a way to isolate the problem. I can't run the entire backup job without impacting operations, and I can't think of a way to trace the job even if I wanted to get up at 3 AM to do that. Thoughts?
