Cant activate licens

Hi we have at license for SQL prompt, 

we had v9 and after update to v 10 we can't activate it, 

getting this error : The following error was encountered: Failed to get permit. No response from server.

    Please can you open the tool and then visit http://localhost:22221/redgate/status.html

    There will be a link 'Activate using fallback' in the recently connected products list. From there you are able to view an alternative licensing dialog which you'll use to activate.
