CandidateListWidth resets to screen width

The list of suggestions as I am typing code goes to screen width and screen height. When I set the CandidateListWidth in UIOptions, it resets to maximum on first use. How can I control this behavior?

I am using SQL Prompt version 9.5 and SSMS 18.3.

    The setting seems to work fine for me. After you set the values, can you restart SSMS and check it again?

    Although I don't think this issue is specific to that version of SQL Prompt, please upgrade to Prompt 10 and check if problem persists.

    @Tianjiao_Li, this issue has spanned many SSMS and VS restarts and reboots. In fact, when SSMS or VS is on left screen, the the suggestions list spans all monitors to the right of it. This issue began almost immediately upon release of version 10 and I hope it isn't a marketing feature. I do not have the budget for an upgrade at this time and need to get version 9 working.

    It should work just fine with V9. Would you mind to try uninstalling and reinstalling Prompt? 

    If problem persists, what will happen if you try to resize the window by dragging the bottom right corner?
