Error: The given key was not present in the dictionary.

Due to issues with VS 2017 and TFS, I had to remove all my workspaces. I have re-linked my SQL 2017 database but when I try to commit changes I get this error. The workspaces appear to have been created correctly. We use a shared database and I'm using SQL Source Control 7 on SSMS 18

    I have reinstalled SQL Source Control and the issue has resolved itself

    I take that back! The problem returned when I upgraded to the latest version (7.0.49). Going back to the version as at my toolbelt (7.0.11) does not exhibit the issue.
