How can I ignore performance indexes in Source Control?

I use both SQL Compare and Source Control. In the first one I have the option to ignore performance indexes, but I cannot find the same Comparison option in Source Control. How can I do it?

    Good Afternoon!
    While there isn't a way to do it from the SQL Source Control GUI interface, it may be possible to do this via manually editing in the option via the SOC comparison xml file. I'll be sure to double check on my end and get back to you whether that can indeed work.

    I have another question, does Source Control work internally with SQL Compare? If so, why comparison options are not exactly the same between both?
