DEP021 & Format Styles - String literals as column aliases are deprecated

Hello - I was wondering if we can have an option added to Format->Styles->Apply column alias style to deal with DEP021. 

If it's suggested in DEP021 that aliases should be delimited by double quotes (or brackets - but not ANSI standard) and not single quotes, perhaps we can get an option added here to format:
  • column AS "alias" 
  • column "alias"
  • "alias" = column
