SQl Compare 13: CommunicationObjectFaultedException Exception thrown

While trying to compare schema with the below command in SQL Compare 13, an exception is thrown. Surprisingly, the same script worked for Schema Compare 11. Can you suggest what went wrong and where.

The command line script looks correct. The issue is it failed to connect to the databases. Does it work if you compare them using the SQL Compare 13 GUI?

Were you using the same databases with SQL Compare 11?
