Getting this error when commiting to source control. It is like the file being created twice

Writing out object to file 'C:\Users\jdimauro\AppData\Local\Red Gate\SQL Source Control 7\WorkingBases\noqtylee.2av\dbo\Tables\dbo.dimTreatmentPlanStatus.sql' failed, the file already exists.

I have deleted the file and it gets recreated with all the other files. Still get error.

    What is the version of SQL Source Control that your using?
    Also what Version Control System are you linking to?
