You are not missing any settings on SQL Source Control.
SQL Source Control uses the Git command line to push, are you able to push using the Git command line?

Hello, I have exactly the same problem.
Push and pull from source control do not work, however works ok when done from bitbucket client
not much to play around on the settings on red gate SC -
I too am having the same problem. I also can connect to the working folder in Source Tree and clone the project up to BitBucket. It seems there maybe some issue with the Atlassian product that doesn't jive with the SC tool. I am having issues with both commits and pulls.

I've just started to test Source Control.
I use bitbucket server with ssh.
Also, I've successfully cloned my empty repository on a folder using Sourcetree and then linked my database to that folder (Source Control System = Git, Dedicated database selected by default).
Commit works just fine, but the push does not!
From the Sourcetree I can push with no errors.
Below is the error I get when I try to push from Source Control:
Thnx!
