Connection Timeout expired

SQL Compare Version 14 with SQL version 2014 source connect to SQL 2017 destination. Continuously get timeout errors. Sometime it connects and compare, deploy and then on refresh connection fails. Any ideas?

This would appear to be a communications issue with the SQL instance.

Can you please try increasing the timeout value?

To do that add ;Connection Timeout=xxx; after the instance name
