Data Generation into Oracle Database

  I am afraid that SQL Data Generator only supports SQL Server.

  Yes, as Sergio says, you should be able to use the insertion rules from Data Masker for Oracle (DMO) to generate data into Oracle.  the documentation pages for Data Masker for SQL Server DMS and DMO have been combined into the same place under the DMS category, so this is the up to date documentation for both:
