Can't reinstall SQL Monitor

Whenever I am trying to reinstall redgate SQL monitor, it saying you already have this version. I can't see any service in service monitor nor I can see any thing in IIS.

    Hi @...,

    Is this the installer from the toolbelt?  If so, that installs an installer for SQL Monitor as it is a bit different from the other products included in the bundle and requires a bit more input from the user.

    You should see an entry in the add/remove for SQL Monitor installer, in which case you would want to run that to actually get the services installed.
