Running a Compare - getting this error - 'PowerSum' . . .

Comparing to db instances one in SQL 2000 and the other in SQL 2008 with SQL2000 compatibility.

Getting the following error . . .

'PowerSum' is not a recognized built-in function name.

    SQL Server 2008 removed a function that SQL Compare 6.2 and below used during population. I'm afraid you need to use SQL Compare 7.0 or above to compare SS2008 databases, even in compatability mode.
