SQL Source control some database can't commit

Hi Support team:
    When i use sql source control do commit then it reply "索引在陣列的界限之外。"  error.
I have already upgrade from source control 6.0 to 7.0 and still get the same error.So could you please help us to troubleshoot this problem ?
