SQL T-Log Backup get hung

We are using RedGate 9. T-log backup runs every 15 mins. TLog backup gets hung for no reason. we don't any error or info anywhere.. 

We kill the process from SQL Server and leave it for next run. it works fine again for few more days then the problem starts.. 

Any idea why its happening

    Can you upgrade to the latest version 10.0.11 and test again? We'll need to see the log should problem persists. We've logged a support ticket for you and should be in touch with you shortly by email.
