The error occurs after restoring from a database backup and linking to source control using a working folder, while accepting changes from 'get latest'.
Attempted solutions so far:
- Restarting SSMS
- Unlinking and relinking to Source Control
- Deleting the working base folder that causes the issue (results in another copy being created)

An equivalent project (a project with the same global properties and tools version) is already present in the project collection, with the path "C:\Users\$USER\AppData\Local\Red Gate\SQL Source Control 7\WorkingBases\miw2hbvu.uuq\sql-dmetrack.rgproj". To load an equivalent into this project collection, unload this project first.
*EDIT*
There's a fix to this in the 7.0.23.9312 - May 14th, 2019 update which is only available through frequent updates.
