Install Sql Prompt into a new SSMS installation, when an older SSMS already has it

I have SSMS v17 installed with Sql Prompt.
I installed SSMS v18, and I'm trying to install Sql Prompt in this new installation. When I run SQLDeveloperBundle.exe, "Sql Prompt" appears grayed out.

Can you try installing with the below link to see if that works better?

I have the same issue. Tried reinstalling using latest patch (9.5.3.9640_x86); install runs fine, but it still won't show up in SSMS 18.

dadavis if you have a active serial license with us, can you create a support ticket? In your case we have to get more involved with the issue beyond what a forum can do.
    Thanks!

I have SSMS 17 and 18 installed side-by-side, as well as Visual Studio 2017 and 2019. SQLPrompt worked in SSMS 17 and VS 2017, but not in SSMS 18 and VS 2019.

I uninstalled and re-installed SQLPrompt and it now works in SSMS 2017 and 2019, as well as VS 2017, but it still doesn't work in VS 2019.
