Hi @GravyTrain,
It is not possible to disable the collection of the Product and Feature Usage Reporting (PFUR) from the products- by accepting the EULA (section 8) you agree to allowing us to attempt this.
The timeouts of this process when there is no internet connection should not impact the performance of the application or your system.

The SQL server in question is behind a firewall and can't connect to the remote endpoint to send the JSON etc.
This is causing slowness due to the timeouts \ retries etc.
I would like to disable without having to reinstall everything if that is possible?
Please advise...
