RunAs use

Because I log into a particular Domain with my computer, and I need to access databases that are remote, so must be accessed via a VPN connection, I have to start my RedGate tools by using the "runas" command to specify a different domain\user account. How can I change the way the launching of new RedGate tools to also use the "runas" command?

SSMS and other RedGate tool icons have been updated to use "runas", so I need to enter my credentials before the tool starts.

Thanks. The spawned process runs with the inherited credentials, so the child CAN access the other domain.
