SQL Search FOR Visual Studio (2017) not returning any results

SQL Search is working on SSMS 2017 but not in VS 2017.

Things that I already tried:
  • Delete all content from the folder %LocalAppData%\Red Gate\SQLSearch for Visual Studio 3\Indexes
  • Update SQL Search and SQL Prompt to lastest version

    SQL Search in VS2017 doesn't index or return any search results. This started with version 3.2.4.2262 on 03/14/2019.

    I had to revert to version 3.1.7.2062 and turn off Automatic updates until this can be fixed. 

    The error is:
    System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.InvalidOperationException: The calling thread cannot access this object because a different thread owns it.
       at System.Windows.Threading.Dispatcher.VerifyAccess()

    We've identified a bug that we think might be causing this problem. We've released 3.2.5.2285 with a fix. Can you try this version to see if it fixes the problem?
