@Kerstin
If you click on the database from the list on the left, then you can turn off this alert for that specific database. Unfortunately there is no way to automatically exclude all system databases.
-
Hello, yes I know how to do it but we have 170 monitored instances so that is a terrible job.

@Kerstin
The dev team is creating a feature called Bulk Configuration to solve this kind of problem. Would you be interested in participating in research or evaluating this feature?
-
Hello, yes I can test this feature, however, we have a lot of customers in our environment so we do not want any disturbances due to this test

Thanks for your interest! I've passed your contact to the team!

Hello Kerstin,
I'm Sybil and I'm a Product Designer on the SQL Monitor development team.
We're currently working on an API which might be able to help you with bulk configuration.
Would you be available for a 30mins Skype research call to chat about this?
We can also give you a demo of what it can achieve and we would love your feedback on this.
Many thanks,
Sybil -
Hello, Yes I am available this week and next week to do this.

I guess it is because of this fix:
- SRP-11646 Raise log backup alerts when in full recovery mode even if a full backup has been taken
We would like to have a way to exclude databases from this check or to automatically exclude all systemdatabases
