Hi
Thank you for your forum post.
At this time, Schema Compare for Oracle does not support setting NLS_SORT=binary. Would this be something you would like to see occur in a future version of the tool? If yes, may I ask that you submit a feature suggestion within the Redgate UserVoice forum for the Oracle Tools via this LINK?
I am correct in assuming that you are experiencing sorting inconsistencies using the ORDER BY keywords?
Many Thanks

Hi Eddie,
We are experiencing diffrences in SCO for e.g. containt ordering (and other constructions too), when comparing 2 DB's where the objects are identical (attached screen shots). @andersharder was hoping we could overwrite this behavior by NLS_SORT, to ensure the same ordering behavior for each session. I have this behavior on my host machine, but not on Anders'. Ideas?

Hi @Eddie D
Any input on how to trouble shoot this?

Does Schema Compare for Oracle support setting NLS_SORT=binary for the dotConnect driver? We are having some inconsistencies between developers regarding sort in e.g. constraints.
Thanks
