Source Control Commit - Failed to locate partition function error.

We have a database in GIT, when we go to the Commit or Get Latest tabs in Source Control we get the following error:

Note: Name of the db and other info has been changed to protect the innocent.:

Failed to locate the partition function [DBZZZ_SchemaZZ_6Month_Partition_Function] for the [DBZZZ_SchemaZZ_6Month_History_Data_Scheme] partition scheme.

I have verified that the function in question is in our GIT repository.

Source Control Ver 7.0.6.8775

Any thoughts?
