Square Brackets Hotkey?

There used to be (and it's still in the documentation) a hotkey combo for "Remove Square Brackets" (Ctrl+B, Ctrl+B).  That seems to be gone now.  The menu command is still there though.  Is that on purpose or am I just missing something?

    Indeed, the (Ctrl+B, Ctrl+B) hotkey combo appears to have been removed as of the latest SQL Prompt update. This hotkey combo is a great timesaver. Please restore it!
