I recommend that you submit a support request, either by email to support@red-gate.com or via the support portal on our web site.
When submitting the support request, please include the SQL Monitor log filesTo download all log files as a .zip file, on Configuration > About, under Diagnostics, click Retrieve all log files. Attach the .zip file to your email to Red Gate Support or via the support portal.
Getting the log files this way keeps the initial log format, which can be checked more quickly and easily than reformatted content.
FYI, you posted this forum post in the SQL Compare Previous Versions forum , not the SQL Monitor forum.

If you think this is a problem with SQL Monitor please tell us.
