Regarding SQL Data Compare

Dear All

We are proposing SQL Data compare from Redgate for a transformation project to compare and find differences between source and target data

But the client is asking to use Quest Toad Data compare for which they have a license already

Any idea on some of the features which Redgate sql data compare has in additional which toad does not have so that we can win this situation

    Thank you for your forum post and you ask an excellent question.

    Readgate's comparison tools rarely come up in competitive situations with the similar tools available from Quest.  So sadly we do not have any information.

    There is this forum post from January 2018 that includes the thoughts from somebody who has made use of both tools.
