Does the SEARCH tool look at the actual character, numeric contents of the tables, rows?

My application is inconsistent in providing schema references to the online help and or stores desired data across multiple databases. Need search tool to look at content built with very specific strings ,to find these values through out db(s), in order to identify tables/columns/rows. Disclaimer: Novice sql user.

    Hi Carpenm

    Sadly SQL Search will not help identify specific strings for the data held in your database tables.  It will help you to navigate to locate objects in your database and the other objects that references that particular object.
