Connection Failing Over VPN

Connection fails when source control is launched when connected to VPN via router. When connected to general Windows VPN, source control has no issues. 
Probably a router configuration - but not sure what's causing this.

    This is a standard TCP timeout error, unfortunately there aren't really any helpful, specific troubleshooting articles that I could find on it. It seems to be one of those generic Microsoft errors that various articles can help you go down a rabbit hole on.

    Since its working over a normal VPN connection it might be worth contacting the router vendor to ask them if they can troubleshoot with you? I don't think there's anything we can do in this instance I'm afraid.
